Philipp Paech
Philipp Paech researches and teaches at the London School of Economics and Political science and works as a consultant and policy-maker specialising in the law and regulation of financial services for more than 20 years. He has published widely on risk mitigation and was the rapporteur for the Unidroit Principles on Close-out Netting. During recent times, Philipp has been focussing on Digital Finance / FinTech regulation and was the chairman the EU Commission expert group on the regulation of digital finance (ROFIEG) and is currently a member of the Unidroit expert group on digital assets.
